Fun Days and the Hartford Fair

So, Fun Days is almost here! Only 6 more days! The signs for the games are complete and look great! Thanks to everyone who helped!

We are meeting at Colleen's house to put together our float on Thursday, July 16 at 6:30. (BYOB!)

Please bring your large buckets, coolers, whatever you have that hold large quantities of water.

I will have a sign up scdule available for the carnival games. We will aslo be doing the prinze tent. I nominated us for that becasue we are responsible adults - well at least most of the time.

Saturday is the Fower show! we need to put some flowers in!!

Also VERY IMPORTANT -Hartford Fair entries are due tomorrow!! You can do it online (which is a pain), mail it in or drop it off.

a. Amy Kent is the new Village Administrator and she is a GC member. She has volunteered to water the flowers!

2. Quick updates

a. Have the new OAGC handbook - does anyone have a binder that will fit it?

b. Order 2000 participation and 25 honorable mention ribbons cost:$82.70

c. Received the ribbons for 1-3 places for the flower show

3. Fun days

a. July 17th is the Pie in the eye 7-9pm:

· Meeting at Colleens July 16^th to put together Float – straw bales and yard decorations

· Tiffany will order 2 vinyl banners

· Please bring your super soakers for the actual parade – we will be “watering the town”

· We will use Tammy’s trailer – Derk can pull it

e. Jail and bail

· Tammy’s mom has a 10x10 kennel we can use

· Charging $3 for 5 minutes or $5 for 10 minutes
